How I became Applicare biggest supporter

Applicare is a tool that can help you with monitoring to avoid problems like «I can’t deal with that product».
The tool was sending more false alerts than it could detect one. Anyone with the smallest experience with monitoring will understand my nightmare. A horrible product will drain every ounce of energy you have in your body.

Deep dive monitoring can be challenging and can require investing several working hours, which is never an issue in my case, if you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work. That day, I’ve reached the maximum of my patience, this is a bad product, they are unable to make it stable, they do not have the right geeks to make their product good. I can’t keep being frustrated with something out of my control.
Two hours past and I received a callback, go get a new tool and do a POC.
I am not very active on social media, but I did notice a few months earlier the Applicare posting on LinkedIn (dreaming I could one day use a different tool), I thought it was very interesting, I reached out to them, and that’s how this great adventure began.
We saw a demo on the older version 7, which was very interesting considering it was built by geeks for geeks (As would say my old boss), and the funny thing, he was 100% right, they are geeks, and their product was made for other people like them who love monitoring.
One question was made that day, can we help you improve your product, interface, and enable some features that are critical to us? We received a simple answer from Deepak Batra, absolutely.
And let me tell you something, Deepak, kept his words. Applicare version 8 release came with a new GUI, a lot more features that we have requested, and the ongoing amazing support. They work as many hours as I do. We had a bi-weekly application update to bring more monitoring capacities into our environment, all during our POC. I must set something clear, I have worked, and Volgania continues to work with “big monitoring companies” product, as support, nobody has ever come close to Applicare to attend our monitoring needs and having them updating their product. They go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need to monitor your environment. It was not an easy task, but they kept bringing it and that makes me their number one supporter. Not only their product is what all companies should use, but their commitment to their customers, the product is second to none
It was easy to move on from the POC with the full licensing subscription.

Volgania is a few months old, but I have been working on that idea for many years. I started looking for some great partners, colleagues, friends who have amazing knowledge in different areas but also have the same mindset, same vision, same company goals. To be accessible to everyone.
